Location: Boyle Heights (East Los Angeles), CA Near Downtown LASchedule: 3 Days/Week 24 Hours Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative outpatient clinic serving a diverse patient population. This role offers a balanced, part-time schedule and the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care and women s health services in a community-focused setting. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive history and physical exams for adults and children (if trained)Conduct physicals including pre-employment, school, sports, and well-child visitsProvide women s health services, including Pap smears and breast examsCounsel patients on birth control and prescribe as appropriateDiagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic conditionsOrder, review, and follow up on lab tests and diagnostic imagingPrescribe medications in collaboration with supervising physicianProvide patient education and document care thoroughlyReview specialist reports and coordinate follow-up careSupport clinic operations, including triage and patient flow as neededParticipate in quality assurance, chart reviews, and provider meetingsAssist with staff training and provide clinical support when leadership is unavailable Qualifications Master s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner programActive California Nurse Practitioner licenseStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentExcellent communication and patient engagement skillsKnowledge of primary care and women s health practicesCurrent COVID-19 vaccination (including booster, if eligible)Ability to pass a background check Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in SpanishExperience in community health or outpatient clinic settings Why This Opportunity?
