The Impact You'll Make Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking an innovative and results-driven Senior Manufacturing Cost Reduction Specialist to join our team as a "Navigator." In this pivotal role, you will lead high-visibility cost optimization projects across our factories in the Americas (primarily the USA and Mexico). You will be the catalyst for change, driving strong margin improvements by revolutionizing our approach to the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for all indirect costs, including MRO, Logistics, Packaging, and Energy. What You'll Be Doing Spearhead Transformation: Lead complex, cross-functional projects to identify, scope, and implement major cost optimization opportunities.
