Location: Riverside, CaliforniaSchedule: 3 Days per Week (Potential for Full-Time) 8am -5pmCompensation: $90/hour + Mileage Reimbursement About the Opportunity A well-established pediatric clinic in Riverside is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join a small, collaborative care team. This is a part-time role (3 days/week) with the potential to expand to full-time based on patient volume and clinic needs.Current team includes:- 1 Physician- 1 Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (2 days/week)- 1 Part-Time Locum Nurse Practitioner (3 days/week)This role is being added to increase coverage and support growing demand. Practice Setting - Outpatient pediatric clinic- 5 patient rooms + 1 triage room- Patient volume: • Busy days: patients (clinic total) • Slower days: 10 patients • Average per provider: patients/day Position Highlights - Immediate start available- Flexible part-time schedule (3 days/week)- Opportunity to transition into full-time- Supportive, team-based environment- Predictable outpatient workflow Qualifications - Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) OR Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with pediatric experience- Active California NP License (Required)- Open to new graduates- Local candidates only (must commute; no housing provided)Preferred:- Credentialed with Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP)
