Entry Level IT Support Technician

Job Duties include but are not limited to: • Provide first level technical support at the Corporate Office and remote locations.Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.• Hardware and software support on desktop computers & laptops, software applications, printers & scanners, uninterruptable power supplies, IP deskphones, mobile phones and related technologies.• Installation and testing of computer system and peripherals.• Employee will also periodically assist in the maintenance and testing of servers, and associated network equipment.• Maintain documentations. xhyhwjd • Perform other duties as assigned during down time such as data entry, filing, etc.• Occasional after-hours and weekend work expected.
