Fully Remote Part Time Recruiter Position!

Vaco Phoenix is looking for a Fully Remote Part Time Recruiter for a top client in Chandler, AZ! The Part Time Recruiter will handle sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to hiring managers. This is a 2-3-month contract position, full remote, 20-30 hours/week and paying up to $30 per HR depending on experience. Interviews are being held immediately! Responsibilities Source, screen, and present candidates Complete candidate feedback forms Present candidates to HR Business Partner Schedule interviews Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years of previous experience Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
