In this role, you will own and execute solution-level positioning and go-to-market activities for defined offerings across Ensono's portfolio, including mainframe, hybrid cloud, AI, data, consulting, and managed services.You will be responsible for translating complex technical capabilities into clear, outcome-driven solution narratives that support sales execution, campaigns, partner engagement, and analyst interactions. This role works closely with sales, delivery, product, alliances, corporate communications, campaigns, and analyst relations to ensure Ensono's solutions are positioned consistently and credibly in the market.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain solution-level messaging and positioning for assigned solutions, aligned to buyer needs and business outcomesTranslate complex technical offerings into clear value propositions, use cases, and customer-facing narrativesDevelop industry specific content and positioning that reflects the unique challenges and needs and positions Ensono solutions appropriatelyExecute go-to-market plans for priority solutions, including personas, industries, and use cases, in partnership with GTM and campaign teamsCreate and maintain solution playbooks, pitch decks, talk tracks, and sales enablement materialsRespond to sales requests with timely, accurate solution messaging and supporting contentCollaborate with delivery, product, and engineering teams to ensure messaging reflects real-world capabilities and customer outcomesSupport alliance and partner solution messaging (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, IBM, Snowflake) as neededPartner with analyst relations and competitive intelligence teams to incorporate market insights into solution narrativesSupport analyst briefings, thought leadership, events, and industry engagements with solution-level contentContribute to website content, campaign messaging, and executive presentations tied to assigned solutionsTrack and assess the effectiveness of solution marketing and enablement efforts for owned solutionsWhat You Will Need:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience3-5 years of experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, go-to-market marketing, or a related roleExperience in technology services, managed services, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise ITStrong written, verbal, and presentation skillsAbility to simplify and communicate complex technical conceptsExperience supporting sales enablement and GTM executionStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesClient- and outcome-oriented mindsetExperience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environmentWhy Ensono?Ensono is a place to make better happen - for our clients and for your career. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs.
