Application deadline: 4 May 2026. At Medtronic, you will support the execution of post"‘market clinical trials within our Cranial & Spinal Technologies portfolio. As an Associate Clinical Research Specialist you will manage investigative sites, train staff, ensure data quality, and collaborate with internal and external teams. Location & Travel Remote within the US - Upper Midwest region. Occasional travel to investigative sites and/or Medtronic facilities as needed. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of registered and non"‘registered clinical studies for products addressing medical needs and/or commercial opportunities. Assist in the review and interpretation of clinical investigation results to support regulatory and product development activities. Help manage operational aspects of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with SOPs, GCP, and country"‘specific regulations; may support trial budget activities. Assist with clinical supply operations and site/vendor selection. Represent Medtronic from a clinical research perspective, gathering feedback from local customers and regulatory authorities. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Support local evidence dissemination and awareness efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Health Science, Engineering, or related field. Broad theoretical knowledge of clinical research principles. Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and collaborate effectively. Experience in clinical research, GCP, or regulated environments (preferred). Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and written/verbal communication. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 25% outside the territory.
