This project involves acting as a critical "bridge" between the R&D IT group and the Regulatory Information group, supporting business owners and ensuring predictable, consistent project delivery. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.ResponsibilitiesProject Administration: Leading "PM Light" activities including scheduling meetings, capturing detailed meeting minutes, and maintaining project schedules and milestones.Execution & Follow-up: Serving as a "proactive chaser" to track action items, follow up on tasks with stakeholders, and ensure project momentum is maintained without constant oversight.Status Reporting: Providing basic status reporting and clear communication updates to IT leadership and business partners.System Support: Assisting with projects revolving around Veeva Vault (RIM, Safety Vaults) and various R&D IT managed services, including CRO data management and AI-driven tool implementations.Process Development: Assisting in the rollout of light project management tools and standardized processes currently being developed for the organization.Qualifications3-5 years of professional experience in project coordination or junior project management.Previous experience in Biotech or Pharma is highly advantageous.Familiarity with Veeva Vault or similar life sciences platforms is a significant plus.Exceptional attitude and High Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
