This position has now been filled Job Title Sales Executive - USA-LA based Overview This exciting role seeks an experienced sales professional, currently based in the USA, ideally in the Los Angeles area, from the printed packaging sector to sell into the Movies, Music, Multi"‘Media and Entertainment sector. A customer"‘facing role responsible for developing business in new markets and, where appropriate, growing market share in existing markets. The Sales Executive will develop the sales strategy to ensure the business is most effective in achieving targets for growth and revenue across all key regions within the Print and Packaging offering, while seeking opportunities for creative services. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead new business activity to grow revenue in line with annualised budgets and strategic business plans. Drive business development activities across allocated markets, taking responsibility for all commercial aspects of successful pitches and implementations. Participate in RFQ activity to achieve sales and growth targets. Ensure EBITDA, turnover, and gross profit targets are met. Maintain agreed gross profit ratios for all existing and new business; review customer gross profit performance every six months and recommend action where appropriate. Manage setup costs, set clear budgets in line with targets, and ensure sound commercial use of resources. Develop and nurture business relationships with customers to grow the value proposition and service offering. Assist in developing the company value proposition and selling the full value proposition to major customer targets. Lead and implement Key Account Strategy and Key Account Plans (KAP) for defined accounts, ensuring they are current and reviewed every six months. Provide leadership to the Sales and Customer Services team, ensuring disciplines are in place for maximising customer visits, contact reporting, and regular internal review meetings. Keep the Sales and Business Development organisation informed about the company's global technical capabilities. Stay aware of developments in sales techniques and technology to enhance the company's competitive position. Control the budget to meet all financial targets and maintain necessary financial controls in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Monitor the competitive landscape and coordinate activities with the Sales Director to maximise value. Report activity monthly to the Sales Director and keep account information up to date in the current CRM system (SalesForce). Key Skills Extensive experience in participating in RFQ processes across consumer markets. Proven ability to create, develop and manage multi"‘level customer relationships. Track record in new business pitches, account management and customer care. Understanding of artwork and pre"‘press workflows for packaging. Relevant experience and client relationships in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, with a track record of senior"‘level selling. Strong customer"‘facing skills, presenting the company professionally and knowledgeably. Strong negotiating skills and experience. Geographic Focus The role focuses on the USA market with particular emphasis on the Los Angeles area. The Sales Executive may also support initiatives in other geographical markets as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
