Job Description The Leidos National Airspace Systems Integration Support (NISC) Program is looking for a Program Analyst to support the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Office of Advanced Aviation Technologies (AAT). This role is a remote position based out of the Washington DC area, supporting FAA's safety mission across multiple functional areas including safety oversight, security, and statutory compliance. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across federal agencies. Manage the business operations of AAT, including full"‘life"‘cycle meeting facilitation, logistical coordination for engagement sessions, and monitoring the office mailbox. Support executives and technical staff of the FAA, assisting with logistical support, administrative briefings, and urgent action items. Develop and finalize all documents delivered to the Chief Administrative Officer, internal and external stakeholders, and for congressional hearings. Utilize internal systems (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, E"‘2, Concur, and agency-specific tools) to manage workflows and communication. Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including processing country clearances, travel authorizations, expense reimbursements, and adherence to federal travel guidance. Conduct in"‘depth research to support FAA staff with special projects and routine tasks. Basic Qualifications BA degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with fewer than 2 years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for a degree). Excellent written communication skills, including proof"‘reading and editing official documents. Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, schedule complex meetings, and maintain budget compliance. High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint). Experience editing and proofreading official documents. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security clearance. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in federal government contracting. Working knowledge of FAA systems. Pay Range USD 52,000 - 94,000 per year.
