This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning to support continued growth.Key Tasks:Lead and manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognitionPrepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and management reportsCoordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and report variancesEnsure quality control over financial transactions and financial reportingManage compliance with state and federal tax reporting requirementsOversee and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and proceduresCollaborate with executive leadership to drive business performance and strategic decision-makingSupervise and develop the accounting teamPreferred Experience & Qualifications:Proven experience as a Controller or senior finance leader in a fast-paced environmentBackground in the health and wellness industry strongly preferredStrong experience in DTC and Ecommerce business modelsProficient with Shopify and AvalaraDeep understanding of GAAP and financial compliance standardsExcellent analytical, leadership, and communication skillsCPA or relevant certification preferred, but not requiredInterested in hearing more?
