This is a permanent role that offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities1. Manage all aspects of the construction project, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.3. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and adjust as needed.4. Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.5. Ensure resource availability and allocation.6. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.7. Report and escalate to management as needed.8. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.9. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.10. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.11. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.12. Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.13. Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff.14. Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards and legal regulations.Qualifications1. A Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field is required.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in the Manufacturing industry.3. Proficient in ASME, B31.1, AWS, and OSHA codes.4. Solid understanding of quality assurance, bids, contracts, drawings, documentation, and LOTO procedures.5. Excellent leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.9. Proficient in project management software tools.10.
