Job Description:While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.Otolaryngology (ENT) – Employed Presented by She Recruits She Recruits is partnering with a major hospital system in Northeast Florida to recruit a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) for an employed opportunity in Orange Park, Florida.This position offers strong surgical volume, trauma exposure, and long-term stability within a Level II Trauma Center serving a growing patient population.Location: Orange Park, FLSchedule: Mixed (rotating weekends)Facility: Level II Trauma CenterEstimated MGMA Range: $450,000 – $600,000+Now Accepting 2027 Candidates This is a high-demand ENT role within a well-supported hospital environment, offering the opportunity to build a strong surgical practice with established referral You’ll Do:Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care for adult and pediatric patientsPerform a broad range of ENT surgical procedures including sinus surgery, tonsillectomy, thyroid procedures, and head & neck surgeriesManage airway emergencies and trauma-related ENT casesProvide inpatient consults within a Level II Trauma CenterParticipate in shared call rotationCollaborate with primary care physicians, emergency physicians, and surgical specialistsEngage in quality improvement initiatives and service line developmentSupport growth of the ENT program within the communityQualifications:MD or DOBC/BE in OtolaryngologyCurrent or ability to obtain unrestricted Florida medical licenseCurrent DEA registrationClean professional recordPractice Environment:Employed model with institutional backingLevel II trauma exposureStrong referral networkEstablished surgical infrastructureCollegial physician cultureWhy Orange Park, FL?
