Position Overview We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our collaborative and growing team in St. Petersburg, FL.This role is ideal for both experienced providers and new graduates who are passionate about delivering thoughtful, patient-centered psychiatric care in an outpatient setting. Practice & Schedule Details Schedule: 5 days per week, 40 hours per weekIncludes approximately 5 hours of dedicated administrative timePatient population: Adults onlyPatient volume: patients per day60-minute initial evaluations20-minute follow-up visitsCompensation: Base salary plus RVU bonus structure St. Petersburg Team Structure: 1 Psychiatrist3 Nurse Practitioners Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for new patientsProvide ongoing medication management and follow-up careDevelop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessmentCollaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated careParticipate in advanced treatment modalities including:Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)Spravato (esketamine) therapyMaintain accurate and timely documentation in EMREducate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and treatment plan Qualifications Master s or Doctorate in Nursing with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certificationBoard Certified PMHNP (or eligible)Eligible for licensure in the state of FloridaActive DEA license (or ability to obtain)Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approachNew graduates are welcome to apply.We offer a supportive, team-based environment with mentorship and collaboration to help you grow your clinical skills.
