Job Description

We are currently seeking a full time Tier I Support Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of extensive hands on experience with desktop support including o365, Desktop Support and client facing experience. Responsibilities Provide phone support and remote remediation for complex issues Troubleshooting and resolving customer system problems across a broad range of technologies Provide remote installations of new software and upgrades Provide remote installation of service Packs and security updates Provide helpdesk support including analyzing and resolving end-user issues Skills & Experience Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications Experience with installing, configuring, and administering a broad range of technologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Citrix, VMware and Microsoft Systems Administration is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
