About the job Administrative Assistant - USAThe position is part time 15-20 hours per week with potential to increase to 24-30 hours after November 2022. This is a remote role that will require connecting with the supervisor, project team members, and customers via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.ResponsibilitiesOrganize project digital documents and create technical files and presentations.Maintain and update individual handbooks.Review environmental records and enforce regulatory compliance requirements.Enter data into an online database and document electronic component compliance versus established standards.Conduct impromptu regulatory analysis.Monitor the job e"‘mail mailbox and respond to emails from flight terminal clients and task subcontractors.Apply the client standard procedure to provide appropriate support to client industry locations.Required SkillsOrganized self"‘motivated with keen attention to detail.Ability to work remotely and independently in a busy environment; multitask and prioritize effectively.Track the status of tasks and communicate efficiently with a variety of stakeholders by phone and email.Exceptional oral and written communication petent in data management and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including data entry, formatting, and printing of spreadsheets; filtering and sorting data.Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, including editing and updating files.Experience creating and maintaining electronic filing systems for technical documentation.Understanding of environmental laws and regulatory compliance.Data access and QA/QC skills.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.Minimum 2+ years of business"‘relevant experience in a related role.Remote WorkThis position is fully remote.
