What You'll Do Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend custom window treatmentsCreate simple, beautiful design solutions that fit each spaceGuide clients through the buying process and confidently close salesManage your schedule, appointments, and follow-upsGenerate additional business through referrals and networkingDeliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish Who You Are A people person who enjoys building relationships and helping othersMotivated by performance and excited about uncapped earning potentialConfident, coachable, and comfortable working independentlyOrganized and able to manage multiple appointmentsOpen to working evenings and at least one weekend dayHave reliable transportation and are comfortable traveling locallyBackgrounds that do well in this role include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced environments, but no prior design experience is required.
