Cleveland Clinic - - Responsibilities: Perform basic patient care activities; Assist with procedures ordered by physician, with supervision from an RN, PT, OT or ST as appropriate; Assist patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport; Report and document abnormal assessment findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff; Escalate change in patient condition to patient's physician as appropriate
