Flagstar Nursing - - Responsibilities: Provide basic patient care services regarding hygiene, grooming, feeding, supervision of daily activities and transporting to medical appointments/community events; Independently manage between 1 and 6 group home residents per shift; Maintain a clean and healthy environment; Daily reporting of resident activity
