After 30 days, you have the opportunity to earn an additional $2.00 per hour for punctuality and perfect attendance. Plus, we offer a perfect attendance bonus.What We're Looking For:Motivated individuals with supervisory experiencePassion for pets and customer serviceLeadership skills to support the Store ManagerAbility to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, and weekendsKey Responsibilities:Supervise and direct team membersAssist customers with excellent serviceMaintain store presentation and merchandisingSupport marketing and promotional effortsManage daily operations, including unloading deliveries, stocking, cash register operation, and animal careQualifications:Minimum two years of customer service experienceAt least one year of retail supervisory experienceStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsJoin us in making a difference for pets and their owners!Salary Description$17.50-$19/hr
