Full-Time Grill-Cold Cook

Join our Team!As a Grill Cold Cook, you'll prepare, cook, and serve a variety of grilled and cold food items while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and customer service.Your day may include:* Preparing fresh food for cafeteria guests and patient meal trays* Providing friendly, attentive service* Staying active in a fast-paced kitchen environment (lifting 5-25 lbs)* Supporting operations through restocking, prep work, temperature checks, and cleaningSchedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week • Every other weekend & holidays • Shifts between 5:00 AM-8:30 PMWhat You'll Do:* Prep, cook, and serve menu items* Label, date, and complete temperature documentation* Deliver excellent service to guests, patients, and staff* Restock stations and assist with next-day preparation* Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines* Perform additional duties as assignedJoin a collaborative team just minutes from Ross Park Mall and help create exceptional dining experiences at UPMC Passavant!Qualifications:Work permit required if under 18 years old.Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:* Act 34UPMC is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veteran
