Your culinary future begins here!Apply now and ignite your culinary career with ATLAS Restaurant, St. Regis Atlanta.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef to develop and execute an exceptional pastry program.Assist in managing day-to-day pastry operations, ensuring consistency and quality.Supervise and mentor pastry team members to foster growth and maintain standards.Contribute to seasonal menu development and innovative dessert concepts.Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control for the pastry department.Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or similar role in an upscale or fine-dining setting.Strong technical skills in pastry, baking, and dessert preparation.Creative flair with a keen eye for detail and presentation.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to thrive under pressure and manage a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not required.RequirementsSKILLS & ABILITIESEducation: High School Diploma or EquivalentExperience: One year of prior culinary supervisory experience in a hospitality environment preferred.Fluent in communicating (speaking, reading, and writing) in English.
