The MAC has been thriving since 1903 and remains committed to the vision: "to be the foremost private club in St. Louis known for attracting exceptional people and enriching lives for generations."We are seeking a full-time Cafe Line Cook for our Downtown Location for our AM shift.Responsibilities:Maintains high food safety standardsFollows all safety procedures when operating and cleaning equipmentPrepares ingredients according to recipes and station needsMonitors inventory and alerts Sous Chef to shortagesKeeps work areas clean, organized, and sanitarySets up, maintains, and breaks down prep stationLabels, dates, and properly stores reusable itemsAssists with kitchen closing proceduresParticipates in staff meetings and offers improvement ideasSupports additional tasks as assigned by Sous ChefQualifications:Minimum of one year of kitchen preparation and cooking experience.Able to work a flexible schedule.
