This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in ISO 9001, CPAR, Corrective Action & Preventive Action, IATF 16949, ISO-TS, rubber manufacturing, rubber molding, and the Plastics Industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for driving continuous improvement. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our quality management systems, ensuring we meet and exceed industry standards and customer expectations.Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO-TS standards. Lead the Corrective Action & Preventive Action (CAPA) process, ensuring all issues are identified, investigated, and resolved in a timely and effective manner. Conduct regular audits of the manufacturing process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary. Oversee the Customer Product Approval Request (CPAR) process, ensuring all products meet customer specifications and quality standards. Work closely with the manufacturing team to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and advancements in rubber manufacturing and molding, and the plastics industry. Prepare and present regular reports on quality metrics, audit results, and improvement initiatives to senior management.Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality management role in the manufacturing industry. Extensive knowledge and experience with ISO 9001, CPAR, Corrective Action & Preventive Action, IATF 16949, and ISO-TS. Experience in rubber manufacturing, rubber molding, and the plastics industry is a must. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels of the organization. Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of statistical analysis and process control principles. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
