We are a 25-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit consists of a Multidisciplinary Team of RNs; NAs; Clinical Assistants; Therapists: PT, OT, SLP, Recreational; Social Work; Admission and Discharge Care Managers; Rehab Physicians, Residents and Physician Assistants - ALL working together to provide compassionate, extra-ordinary care every day to our patients.
