Warehouse Cinemas is a new movie theater company dedicated to creating moments worth remembering for our guests. Independently owned and operated, we offer first-run films, luxury recliners, and exceptional picture and sound in every auditorium. The spacious Tap Room includes a full bar with 40+ taps of self-serve craft beer, a quick-serve concession stand with classic and new food favorites, and plenty of hang-out areas for making memories with friends pre/post movie.Floor Team Members serve guests in a variety of roles, including cashier and usher, and support our management staff in the day-to-day operations of the cinema. In any given shift, Floor Team Members may assist guests at our ticket kiosks, work the concession stand, serve popcorn, and direct guests to their seats. We're looking for hard-working candidates with a positive attitude, and stellar customer service skills to join our team!This opening is for our team in Baltimore, MD. To apply for our team in another location visit our website at include:Greet and thank guests in a friendly and helpful mannerCheck guest tickets, and direct guests to correct auditorium and seatsAssist guests and answer questionsWork in various roles including concessions, ticket-taker, usher, tap-wall, bar back, cleaning, etc. depending on shift assignmentComplete tasks thoroughly according to standard operating procedures (SOP) and management directionUtilize the POS system to enter guest ordersHandle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment in an honest, accurate and efficient mannerProperly ID guests to serve alcohol behind concessions (only staff who are of legal age to sell or serve alcohol)Clean and/or sanitize equipment, seats, floors, counters, and various areas of the facility according to company protocols and supervisor directionOperate, monitor, and clean all concessions equipment including, but not limited to, popcorn popper, slushie machine, and drink tapsWork in the kitchen, filling orders accurately and according to company health, safety, and presentation standardsMaintain a clean and organized workstationOther duties as assigned according to the needs of the operation and the direction of managementRespond to emergency situations according to company safety and standard operating procedures, and using critical thinking skillsRequirements:Able to work at our facility in Baltimore, MDMinimum age requirement: Age 16 or overOpen availability strongly preferred with ability to workdays, evenings, weekend and holiday shifts as required. Currently seeking candidates with availability on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Opening and Closing shifts available.Able to speak English fluently. Ability to speak in Spanish fluently, or converse in American Sign Language (ASL) a plus.Able to lift up to 50 los. regularlyAble to ascend and descend using a ladderAble to remain in a stationary position, often standing for prolonged periodsAble to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, often in a repetitive manner throughout shiftSound like a great fit?
