SRT & Special Projects - Purchasing Program Manager ...

This is a new high-visibility role within the Purchasing Program Management organization offering opportunity to grow leadership behaviors and strengthening critical Purchasing processes. In this role, the SRT PPM Lead will have two primary functions: Execution Lead for all SRT unibody and Special Projects with responsibility for coordination between the Purchasing function and SRT Engineering as well as other cross functional teams in Planning, Manufacturing, SCM and Change Management for the development of new high-performance programs and special projects. This responsibility with a dedicated SRT perimeter includes supporting the Direct Material teams during early supplier engagement, source selection, working with Engineering and SQ to determine supply base capability, coordinating multidisciplinary teams during project development, plan execution, supporting supplier relationship development, and ensuring appropriate actions to guarantee observance to contracts.
