Technology Technician

The technology technician will be responsible for supporting the mission of the Triad School District by diagnosing, troubleshooting, coordinating and resolving IT system related incidents. The technology technician will perform installations, configurations and maintenance on multiple IT systems that pertain to individual workstations, network devices, printers, and the network infrastructure. This person will also work closely with individuals to support, manage, and run the audio-visual aspect ofdistrict-produced productions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Provides Chromebook repair support (batteries, screens, keyboards, etc.) for Chromebook devices. Delivers, configures, installs, and inventories chromebooks devices for the district. Provide on-site and remote technical support to all district employees and students.
