Assistant Grocery Manager

The Assistant Grocery Manager supports the Grocery Manager in overseeing daily grocery department operations to achieve sales, inventory, productivity, and customer service goals. This role assists with operational execution, associate leadership, merchandising, and inventory control while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Department Leadership & Associate Support Assist in leading, training, coaching, and developing grocery associates to meet performance and service expectations. Support daily supervision of associates, including task delegation and workflow prioritization. Reinforce accountability for attendance, safety, productivity, and policy compliance.
