Pippin's Tavern is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team and help maintain the high standards of cleanliness in our restaurant. You should also be available to work in shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays (Blackout Dates for no time off requests may include, but are not limited to: St. Patrick's Day weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, New Years Eve)ResponsibilitiesCollect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.Load and unload dishwashing machines efficiently.Handwash specific items like wooden cutting boards, large pots, and delicate china.Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment in their proper places.Set up workstations before meal preparation begins.Ensure an adequate supply of clean dishes, glasses, and utensils during peak hours.Monitor and maintain stock of cleaning supplies, placing orders as needed.Check the performance of washing machines and report technical issues promptly.Regularly remove garbage and manage kitchen waste.Sanitize kitchen areas, including floors and surfaces, to uphold health and safety standards.RequirementsAvailability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.Physical stamina to handle a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.Benefits$16.60-$20/hr; Paid Weekly, venue discountsM/D/V/L401K ILSC
