Join the WP Rawl Family as a PART-TIME ENTRY LEVEL PRODUCTION WORKERLocation: Pelion, SCSchedule: 3 days per week, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Weekly rotation: Mon-Wed one week; Mon, Tues, Sat the nextPay: $13.68-$14.68 per hour, PLUS $50 attendance bonus. In this fast-paced role, you'll inspect, bag, stack, label, and wrap produce while ensuring quality and efficiency. You'll be cross trained across various tasks, supporting your team and maintaining a clean workspace. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic environment.What You'll Do:Inspect produce for quality defects, such as yellowing and decay, ensuring the highest standards are met.Efficiently and accurately package fresh produce and other food items while maintaining consistency and speed.Place crates/boxes of product onto the line, ensuring proper flow and organization throughout the process.Accurately stack, count, and position product cases onto pallets, ensuring proper stacking for easy access and storage.Manually apply labels to finished product pallets and securely wrap them for shipment.Maintain clean and organized work areas to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe, efficient environment.Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operation across all lines.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management.What You Need to Succeed:Adequate physical ability, including sufficient manual dexterity.Willingness to stand, walk, and bend regularly on concrete flooring.Ability to follow detailed instructions and count accurately.Strong attention to detail and commitment.Must be 18 years or older.Willingness to assist others and a team-oriented mindset.Work Environment/Physical Requirements:Includes an expansive refrigerated warehouse, where the temperature averages 35-38 degrees FahrenheitExposure to loud noises.Heavy forklift traffic.Constant standing and walking 8+ hours on concrete flooring.Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
