Brookdale Senior Living - 669 Washington Street - Responsibilities: Maintain interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds; Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment; Respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents; Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal and building inspector
