Your passion is selling and you have general knowledge of welding products and hardgoods. Skills and experience requirements:2 years of insides sales and customer service, or welding experienceImmediately and politely greets and assists walk-in visitors and customers, and promptly answers phones in a professional and courteous mannerProven customer service experience provided through thoughtful and respectful interaction with customers regarding services, products, and invoicesEfficiently processes customer sales transactions while building trust and long-term relationships with customers to ensure future sales growth and company profitabilitySupports Sales staff/management by providing timely and correct customer information, follow up scheduling, and fill-in branch coverageSafely maneuvers and loads cylinders or other products on trailers and customer transportationFill cylinders and safely operate liquid filling production equipmentCommitted to high performance through outstanding attendance and overall dependable work habits, Adheres to all company policies and guidelines as well as safety proceduresBasic computer skills including internet searching, data entry, and ability to learn new programsDemonstrate basic mathematical aptitude and functionAbility to lift 75lbs.High school education or equivalent - Bachelor's degree is a plusSpanish bilingual is preferredExcellent driving record; Class A or B CDL preferred or ability to obtainIf selected, ability to pass pre-employment screenings.Why Roberts Oxygen?Since our founding in 1966 as a local distributor of compressed industrial, medical and specialty gases, cryogenic gases and equipment, welding equipment and supplies, we have expanded our capabilities and services to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers.
