IHG Hotels - - Responsibilities: Set up rooms and function areas in the resort according to group requirements; Breakdown function areas as scheduled in accordance to departmental procedures; Coordinate deep cleaning of conference rooms; Inspect set rooms for cleanliness and agreement to group requirements; Maintain complete knowledge of all Departmental/Resort policies and procedures including safety guidelines
