We are dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences that reflect the Marriott standard of excellence.We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily restaurant and banquet service operations, support the F&B management team, and ensure guest satisfaction.What You'll Do* Lead Daily Operations* Supervise staff during restaurant, lounge, and banquet shifts.* Ensure smooth service and timely food and beverage delivery.* Assign duties and monitor team performance.* Deliver Guest Satisfaction* Maintain high standards for service, quality, and presentation.* Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally.* Support a welcoming, guest-first atmosphere.* Support the Team* Train, coach, and mentor associates.* Ensure staff follow Marriott brand service standards.* Assist with scheduling and shift coverage.* Maintain Standards* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.* Monitor inventory and support ordering as needed.* Keep restaurant and banquet areas clean and well organized.What We're Looking For* 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage or hospitality leadership.* Strong customer service and communication skills.* Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.* Hotel or Marriott brand experience a plus.BenefitsWe offer a competitive wage, Health and Dental insurance, company-paid Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance, Vision, Critical Illness, Accidental, 401(k) and company match.
