Account Manager, Surety

The Account Manager - Surety manages a book of insurance business, and provides professional, courteous service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues. Supports Producers and Commercial Account Managers in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business. May also be responsible for account rounding and the development of new business as appropriate and in accordance with best practices, policies, and broker standards. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Service day to day client needs including, fielding phone calls, email, and other communication relative to coverage questions, policy changes, payments, cancellations, etc. Review bond requests to verify for accuracy and request any additional supporting documents from insured. Submit requests to surety company, produce bond in final form along with bid transmittal letter for insured.
