Technical Interior Designer - Capital Projects

Lead schematic and concept design for renovation and capital improvement projects across the operational portfolio. Develop mood boards, finish concepts, and design narratives that reflect property brand positioning and target resident profile. Conduct site assessments and collaborate with the Facilities team to define project scope and design intent. Coordinate with General Contractors and the Project Manager early in the process to ensure constructability and cost alignment. Develop design standards, finish libraries, and reusable scope templates to improve consistency and efficiency across the portfolio. FF&E & Materials. Curate FF&E and materials selections based on durability, budget parameters, lead times, and brand alignment.
