The Corporate Paralegal will serve as a key member of the legal team, providing hands-on support across areas of corporate governance, entity management, compliance, privacy, and legal operations, in addition to providing support on ad hoc strategic transactions and other legal projects. The role reports to the General Counsel and works closely with senior leadership and various cross-functional teams (finance, HR, product, etc.) to help keep the Companys legal and regulatory functions running effectively. The Corporate Paralegal must be a collaborative problem solver and have a willingness to tackle new projects. The ideal candidate brings a combination of in-house experience, sharp organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
