At Kuehne+Nagel, our work truly contributes to more than we imagine.The CL Specialist - Clerical will concentrate with the discrepancies and will be working directly the with customer and will assist in adding some processes in warehouse to provide the customer with information on handling faulty units. The CL Specialist - Clerical position will be in the warehouse 100% of the time. The shift you will support is the 1st shift 4 am to 2:30pm (Monday - Thursday) How you create impactYou will perform administrative tasks for area or shiftMaintain filing systems and documents per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)You will work with customers and employees, answering questions regarding shipment times, product cuts, loads not picked up by the carrier, and damage claimsCoordinate processing of export orders in the AES system.Manage the WMS system, update area or shift metrics.You will be the secondary support of local team.What we would like you to bringHigh School diploma or equivalent2+ years customer service experience working in a warehouseKnowledge order management systems or ManhattanKnowledge of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)Person with analytical skill and having excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel knowledge), SQL etc.Minimum 5 years of experience in WH operationsGood communication & customer handling skillShould have WMS/SAP knowledgeWhat's in it for youAt Kuehne+Nagel we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues.
