This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.Support and assist Multi-Tenant Sales Manager by managing the day-to-dayactivities of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceResponsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goalsSupervise a team of Multi-Tenant SalesRepresentatives. May also manage other sales resources as assignedRecruit, interview, hire and train Multi-Tenant Sales RepresentativesSupport of Multi-Tenant Sales staff will consist of approximately 70% field work and 30% office municate territory assignments to Multi-Tenant Sales RepresentativesMonitor the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate approval of all commissions paymentHandle employee relation issues, including performance appraisals, coaching, safety training, etc.Assist with budget preparation and provide input on marketing issues and sales offersPerform other duties as requested by supervisorWORKING CONDITIONS Field and Office environment Travel as requiredREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSRequired Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward mannerAbility to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)Knowledge of Community Sales practicesVision ability close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focusRequired EducationBachelor´s degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience.Required Related Work Experience and Number of YearsSales experience 1 +Required Certifications and/or LicensesValid driver´s license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards and auto insurancePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeKnowledge of company products and servicesPreferred EducationBilingual SpanishPreferred Related Work Experience and Number of YearsSales Supervisory experience 0.5 +Telecommunications and cable industry experienceLI-SWD74SMD420 2026-73277 2026 Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers.
