Generac - - Responsibilities: Perform HVAC emergency, routine, and preventive maintenance including changing filters and belts; Responsible for equipment testing, daily problem solving, preventive maintenance, quick fix and repairs; Fill in for facilities personnel, moving office or conference room furniture, rooftop units, overhead doors, and assisting other facilities maintenance functions as needed; General facilities repairs, such as painting, wallpaper repair, bathroom fixture repairs; HVAC equipment inspections/PM's, filter changes, belt changes, most other work will be outsourced
