Operate CNC Metal Forming Machines, basic hand tools, Roll-In Saws, and possibly more. Perform manufacturing duties to meet daily production standards of quality and quantity. Use measuring tools including, but not limited to, scanners, dial calipers, micrometers, tape measures. Read and interpret work orders, work instructions, and engineering drawings. Communicate machine downtime, shortages, scrap, delays, and any deviation of standard work to the supervisor when applicable. Assist in performing tests to develop bend programming to improve the function of the curved rail elevator rail. Enter production data into Epicor (ERP) manufacturing software as necessary. Support Training and Development activities as necessary. Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements utilizing work instructions. Perform additional work as needed, including but not limited to tube cleaning, de-nesting, deburring parts, miscellaneous fabrication, testing, and more.
