Dishwasher - Arrowhead Golf Club - Part Time

This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility. REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must be at least 16 years of age. Must be able to read labels on chemicals; understand verbal and written directions in English; and have good listening skills. Must have or obtain upon hire: food handlers certification. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing machine or by hand as required. Polish all silverware, platters, and chaffing dishes as necessary. Clean garbage cans with water or steam. Clean and maintain dishwashing machine daily. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
