Marketing Assistant

JMT is seeking a highly organized, diligent, enthusiastic, and proactive marketing assistant to support our regional marketing team with daily operations. The selected candidate will be highly punctual, able to learn technical terminology, and communicate in a concise, collaborative manner. Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H 1 B, F-1 CPT/ OPT/ STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification. Essential Functions and Responsibilities. Daily review of client procurement websites and related systems to identify marketing leads and opportunities. Daily data entry of leads, opportunities, and other information into Client Relationship Management (CRM) database system.
