Dishwasher (Full Time & Part Time)

We have a commitment to understand, define, and deliver what our guests want and represent our company by being professional and courteous to all.ResponsibilitiesClean food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand, placing them in racks or within the dish machine. Wash pots, pans, trays and other equipment from the Kitchen. Sweep and mop floors within the dish-pit area and assist with all kitchen areas when asked.Wash and sanitize work area, occasionally cleaning kitchen equipment such as Hotboxes, Fridges, Mixers or workstations such as Food Trucks.Remove all localized trash and cardboard from designated kitchen areas and dispose of them throughout shift.Occasionally assist in the set-up and breakdown of Banquet Events.Use all dishwashing-related kitchen equipment following proper procedures and training.Must follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed.QualificationsExceptional team communication skills are required.High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1 to 3 months related experience or training; equivalent combination of education and experience is adequate.Must be 18 years of age.Certificates, Licenses, RegulationsMust be able to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency.Washington State Health Card (food worker card).Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThis position requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication. The position requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. The position consists of repetitive movements daily with minimal sedentary work and occasional bending/crouching. This establishment operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
