Corporate Counsel

HOK, an interdisciplinary architecture and design firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join our Corporate Legal team. This is a hybrid position based in our St. Louis office, with on-site presence required three days per week. In this role, you will provide legal services to business units across the firm, including evaluation of complex commercial contracts, offering legal guidance, and advising on risk management matters. This role also provides routine and generalized support to the legal department. Other responsibilities expected in this role include: Provide legal counsel and advice to business unit management in legal matters affecting the firm. Review, draft, edit and negotiate various contracts including, but not limited to, client contracts and subcontracts for professional services, vendor agreements, software and technology license agreements, non-disclosure agreements and teaming agreements.
