Produce Manager

The Produce Manager is responsible for leading all produce department operations to achieve sales, freshness, inventory, and customer service goals. This role ensures high-quality product standards, operational excellence, effective merchandising, and associate development while complying with food safety and company policies. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Department Leadership & Associate Development Lead, train, coach, and develop produce associates to meet performance, freshness, and service expectations. Schedule labor effectively to align with delivery, stocking, and peak sales periods while controlling labor costs.
