Assoc Install & Service Technician

The Associate Install and Service Technician will receive mentorship from Field Service technicians and leadership to undertake repairs to all BSH domestic appliances in customers homes and further support the builder service program with data collection, installation services and repairs to recently installed appliances at BSP sites. - Assist Field Service Technicians in the repair and maintenance of BSH major appliances. This includes troubleshooting issues, replacing faulty parts, and ensuring that repairs are completed accurately and efficiently. - Under the guidance of the Supervisor/ Team Trainer, Field Service/ Field Service Technician, send progress updates to other technicians, supervisors, and customer service teams throughout the day. Provide updates on repair status, any challenges encountered, and estimated completion times. - Assist in the installation of all assigned BSH major appliances as directed by management.
