About the Role - - The Global PMO Director is responsible for operationaldelivery and project management related services for our global multi-site/multi-siteclient account helping to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This job is part of the Project Management function responsiblefor the overall operational excellence for the project delivery team from initiationthrough completion. Operational services include reporting, procurement support,financial monitoring, governance, and controls. - - What Youll Do - - Provide formal supervision toemployees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performanceevaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. Coordinate and manage theteam's daily activities.
