LPN Supervisor position in Sparta!!!

Care Plus TLC is looking for an LPN to work 32 hours a week from 8:00 am-4:30 pm 4 days a week, in our corporate office and visiting our patients in the Grand Rapids Area. Duties consist of occasional supervisory visits, medication setups, and conducting in-office and field training as needed to support all CNA/HHA staff and provide support to the RN by hosting Skills training meetings and compliance.
